The United States of America is home to many thrill-seekers and just as many destinations perfect for adrenaline junkies.

From natural destinations to man-made thrills and both, we’ll be listing down five more places thrill-seekers should visit in the United States.

Aerobatic Plane Flying in Las Vegas

Flying above sin city’s desert is definitely a memory for the ages, but doing 360s and pulling Gs in an aerobatic plane will probably cement it as one of the best experiences in your lifetime.

You can experience a 25-minute all-action aerobatic flight with a fully trained pilot for a couple of hundred dollars. Rolls, spins, and loops while flying at a force eight times stronger than the force of gravity is guaranteed to tingle your adrenaline addiction.

You’re at least 80lbs or not over 350lbs, and you’re not taller than 6 feet and 6 inches.

Ziplining in New York

Ziplining might seem so 2010 for others, but the experience is different when you’re ziplining 600 feet above the valley, reaching speeds of up to 50 miles an hour. This 3200 feet long zipline is located at Hunter Mountain Ski Bowl.

There’s also a Mid-mountain tour for families that want to enjoy the experience together. This tour includes less extreme zipline rides that are under 600 feet long and elevated 60 feet above the forest floor. A 65 feet rappel is also available to top it all off.

Water Rafting in Grand Canyon

Water rafting in the Grand Canyon is one of many thrill-seeking activities one can do in the national park and the world’s largest canyon. Below the rocky formations and the entire scene is the body of water responsible for the existence of the Grand Canyon.

Water rafting lasts approximately 12 hours, but longer trips can take up to 5 days. The adrenaline, the adventure, the many animals, plants, and stories you’ll come across during the experience are worth it.

Cliff Camping in Colorado

For people wanting to take their camping to the next level, cliff camping may be your activity. Located in Camp Estes, Colorado, cliff camping allows you to stay overnight hundreds of feet above the ground. For a lot of campers and mountain climbers, this activity is on the top of their bucket list.

For people who don’t want to stay overnight, enjoying a meal after hiking a short distance and climbing or rappelling is also an option. This activity is suggested for families and people of all ages interested in the experience.

Volcano Vacations in Hawai’i

Paragliding in Maui might be an exceptional experience, but coming face to face with the great volcanoes of Hawaii isn’t that bad of an idea either.

The Kilauea iki Trail, a four-mile loop that takes 2-3 hours to complete, gives you the chance to walk with the wildlife, see the stunning plants through a beautiful rainforest, and eventually walk on solid lava rock.
