1. Burger King
Since the 80s, Burger King has served a pretty good breakfast menu. Their French Toast Sticks stand out as a great option, but that’s often never enough. Pairing that with the Egg-Normous Burrito, a burrito with sausage, bacon, eggs, hash browns, and cheese, will get you full and prepared for the long day ahead.
A staple since 1983, the Croissan’Wich, an egg and cheese-based sandwich with bacon, ham, or sausage, is a full meal you should also consider.
2. Carl’s Jr
As a rival to Burger King, their breakfast menu is very similar to Burger King’s but varies in flavor and presentation. Like Burger King, they have French Toast Dips that are also great, but theirs is on the sweeter side. They also have a selection of sandwiches and burritos that will fill you up.
Their Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit is a good choice, but their Big Country Breakfast Burrito is arguably one of the better breakfast sandwiches of all time.
3. Chick-fil-A
Unless it’s Sunday, Chick-fil-A may be a fast food chain to consider. They have some of the best chicken and biscuits in the industry, and their breakfast menu is no joke. Part of the reason their breakfast is considered top-notch is that their Chicken Biscuit, one of the best choices in their breakfast menu, is baked all morning long to ensure every biscuit you get is fresh and hot from the oven.
However, if you’re not into biscuits, their Hash Brown Scramble Burrito and Egg White Grill are also solid options.
4. Jack in the Box
If you’re looking for variety, Jack in the Box may just be your fast food chain. From Biscuits to Burritos, Croissants, and even Mini Pancakes, they have 16 different breakfast items.
This is great if you have a picky child who easily gets bored of eating the same thing. Pair their breakfast choices with a Mocha Sweet Cream Iced Coffee, and you’re good to go!
5. McDonald’s
Sandwiches like the McGriddle and Sausage McMuffin, and even their Big Breakfast, which is more or less a deconstructed McMuffin with biscuits instead of muffins, are all classics.
If you’re looking for something new, their Hot and Spicy McChicken Biscuit paired with a hot cup of brewed coffee or an iced latte is also a great choice for breakfast.
