By now, we have all seen Adelle’s transformation for her 32nd birthday. The ‘Someone Like You’ singer posted a full-length photo of herself in a black mini dress with a slimmed-down body, and the photo has gone viral ever since.
We’re happy with Adelle’s transformation, and we’re sure that it didn’t happen overnight. So, how did she do it? What was her weight loss diet?

The changes in her food choice and consumption kickstarted her way to lose weight intentionally. According to Pete Geracimo, Adelle’s former personal trainer, the ‘Hello’ singer started to change her diet when they trained for the ‘25’ tour.
“Her goal was never about getting super skinny… [for 13 months] she warmed to training and made better food choices,” and it showed on her body transformation, said Geracimo.
When Adelle moved to LA, she trained with Lorraine Kelly. She’s working out, but I think 90 percent of it is diet,” said Camila. She also added that the singer had given up on processed food, fizzy drinks, and even sugar!
It’s also been reported that she’s following the Sirtfood Diet that includes more protein, fruits, and green juices and low-calorie food.
Adelles’ Exercise Routine
Adelle is said to have been training Dalton Wong – a US trainer who has worked with stars like Jennifer Lawrence. The trainer is helping her with her weight loss with high-intensity workouts at home.
Aside from this, she’s also seen training with Ayda Field, Robbie Williams’ wife, with Reformer Pilates. Pilates is a favorite celebrity exercise for weight loss, including Duchess Meghan Markle and Journey Kardashian.
Adelle also remarked in one of her Instagram posts where she shared a photo of herself that “I used to cry, but now I sweat.”
