Sure, actors can play by the rules and do everything the script and director tell them to do. However, every once in a while, an actor – or actress – decides to do something unexpected. And it’s so good, and the directors decided to keep it in the film!

This video shows 5 of our favorite unscripted scenes that made it into the final cut of action movies.

“Big Ass Forehead”

The Fast & Furious series, besides its wildly action-packed plot, is also known for its iconic cast. Among the cast is everyone’s favorite hunk, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. If you’ve seen Fast & Furious 6, you’ve seen this one particular scene.

In the family barbeque, Luke Hobbs – Dwayne’s character- appears. Roman, Tyrese Gibson’s character, cracks a joke at Hobbs. Dwayne responds as his character, and it’s entirely off the script.

Tyrese’s shock and Ludacris spitting out his drink were two genuine reactions to Johnson’s remark. Knowing it wasn’t scripted makes it even funnier.

Arm Reload

“Mission: Impossible – Fallout” has some of the best action stars in the industry. Starring Tom Cruise and Henry Cavill, the latter made an interesting unscripted move that earned its spot as one of the best-scripted moments in films.

He improvised one movement during a fight scene with Cruise and Yang, now referred to as: the arm reload. Fans immediately obsessed over this scene, standing out among all the other stunts in the movie.

“Someday, I Might”

Everybody has either seen or has heard of The Mummy. Released in 1999, The Mummy is one of the most well-known action-adventure films.

Throughout the movie, the main character, Rick, Rick threatens to throw Benny off the side of the boat, and Benny starts talking. He tells Rick to think about his children, to which Rick replies he has none.

After Rick decides to point a gun at Benny, he panics and says, “Think of my children.”

“I Don’t Care.”

In the film The Fugitive, we follow the main character, Richard Kimble, as he gets framed for the murder of his wife. He stumbles upon multiple people and places in his search for the real culprit. Among these people is Samuel Gerard, who makes things much more difficult for him.

During one particular confrontation, Samuel chases Richard through a storm. After Richard pleas for his innocence for the last time, Samuel utters some really cold words to Richard.

Dr. No Reference

Casino Royale is the film where Daniel Craig debuted his James Bond role. Here, he embodied the sex appeal and charisma Bond is supposed to have.

For example, let’s look at the scene where Bond walks out of the water in tight blue swimming trunks.

Fans raved over this scene, deeming it a reference to a scene featuring a Bond girl in the film “Dr. No.”

Later on, Craig admitted that this scene was not in the script. And that’s all for this video! Which one of these iconic scenes is your favorite? Tell us all about it in the comment section down below!
