Celebrating New Year’s Eve is different for everybody. In New York City, fireworks displays, parties, and more than a couple of drinks are the usual way to do it.

Most of the time, these events occur in the numerous hotels all over the city that never sleep. For this video, we’ll list five NYC hotels perfect for celebrating New Year’s Eve.

1. 50 Bowery

Hotel 50 Bowery is one of the newest hotels in New York City. Its rooftop bar & lounge, The Crown, offers sweeping views of downtown Manhattan.

The crown has two different outdoor terraces, and it’s perfect for celebrating New Year’s Eve with all the expected fireworks displays from all over the area.

2. New York Hilton Midtown

While it doesn’t have an event of its own, the New York Hilton Midtown is a hotel with one of the best views of the Empire State Building’s fireworks display during New Year’s Eve.

More than that, its location is ideal not just for the exceptional world-class view but also because it’s located in a place with plenty of post-NYE parties.

3. Ravel Hotel

The Ravel Hotel’s Penthouse is perfect for celebrating New Year’s Eve. The 9,500 square-foot space above most of New York’s buildings provide an amazing view of the skyline and a clear view of the fireworks for New Year’s Eve.

Ravel Hotel hosts a New Year’s Eve fireworks event at The Penthouse every year. Accompanying the celebration is an amazing fireworks display and a premium open bar with a wide range of beverages and bites.

4. Hotel Hendricks’ Daintree Rooftop

The Daintree Rooftop is one of the most affordable hotels on this list. However, that doesn’t mean you’re cheaping out on the view in any way at all. You’re only 600 meters away from the Empire State Building. It’s one of the best places to watch their display from as it’s not too near but also not too far.

Located in Midtown Manhattan near 5th Avenue, Hotel Hendrick’s 29th floor presents a gorgeous panoramic view of the fireworks to come on New Year’s Eve.

5. The Wythe Hotel

Last but not least on this list is the Wythe Hotel and its waterfront location. You can enjoy the numerous fireworks displays as everyone welcomes 2024 while facing East River and against a backdrop of the Manhattan skyline.

Their Bar Blondeau, located on the 6th floor, is a great spot to have a couple of drinks before the New Year clocks in.
