After 30 years since the first iconic dinosaur movie graced the silver screens, we’re finally at the end of the line in this historic Franchise. Jurassic World Dominion is pegged as the sixth and final film in the Jurassic World trilogy and the conclusion of the main timeline that began in 1993’s Jurassic Park.

As a result, fans are extremely excited about the Chris Pratt-led movie. Details, homages, and other easter eggs have been spotted in the trailers, and we’re here to list down 5 of the most exciting details fans have pointed out.

1. Dinosaurs with Feathers!

For decades, one of the largest calls out that the series has received, despite all the love from even the scientific community, is that some of the depictions of the dinosaurs aren’t as specific and accurate. Well, starting off this list is Jurassic Park righting the wrongs.

Since the 1990s, dinosaur fossils with feathers have been found. One famous dinosaur with feathers is the Pyroraptor, which seems to appear for quite a while in the movie. It’s characterized by its iconic red feathers, paravian characteristics, and the ability to swim as the movie would suggest.

2. Atrociraptors

The moviemakers definitely know how much love fans have for speedy two-legged clawed dinosaurs that are smart and intuitive, which is why for the 2nd detail on this list, the trailer reveals that we’ll be getting more of the cousins of the velociraptor.

Although we aren’t sure who they are in the movie because of only quick shots from trailers, we know that according to the actual script, four Atrociraptors will show up in the movie: Ghost, Tiger, Red, and Panthera.

3. Biosyn

Taking a break from giant prehistoric creatures, the trailer reveals the involvement of Biosyn in the latest film. The avid fans probably already know who and what Biosyn is, but for the average viewer, here’s who they are: Biosyn isn’t explicitly mentioned in the previous films, but they do show up in the first film—setting off the story in motion.

Similar to InGen and Mantah Corp, Biosyn is a genetics company. However, they’re a shady corporation known for stealing ideas from other scientists and claiming them for themselves. They play a more significant role in the novels, but as the trailer suggests, they’re probably going to play a larger role in the movie.

4. More Carnotaurus

Who doesn’t love the Carnotaurus? These devilish dinos add some heat to the dino competition, characterized by their nonexistent hands, iconic horns, and t–rex shape.

Running through the streets of Malta and chasing a motorcycle riding Chris Pratt, these dinosaurs alongside the Atrociraptors carry a significant part of the action scenes in the trailer.

5. Blue Has A Baby

Capping off this list is probably one of the coolest and sweetest things in the trailer. Blue, the female velociraptor and one of the most endearing dinosaurs in the series, returns for the final movie with a surprise in store.

Fans are stoked to see that Blue now has a baby, and this baby is looking to be the catalyst for the plot of Jurassic World Dominion. Blue’s baby is kidnapped, and Owen promises to rescue her.
