Pizzas and Hotdogs will always come to mind when someone thinks of New York. As one of the most frequented places in New York, Queens has the best food scene in the Big Apple.

In this video, we’ll be looking at the Best Pizzerias in Queens.

1. Lucia Pizza

Starting old school, Lucia Pizza serves authentic Italian and New York-Style pizzas made from fresh and high-quality ingredients. They make their dough and sauces from scratch daily, and they have several crusts and toppings to choose from.

Dating back to the 70s, Lucia Pizza likes to keep it simple with only a few options for pies and topping them all off with fresh basil and pecorino.

2. Sunnyside Pizza

Sunnyside Pizza isn’t the typical pizzeria that serves simple New York-Style or Italian Pizzas, but their satisfying slices are still able to fill both your heart and stomach. The staff is friendly, there are a lot more flavors, toppings, and crusts to choose from, and their years of experience make it one of the best choices.

3. Milk flower

Milk flower is one of the newest additions to the many pizzerias in Queens, but it definitely stands out. It opened back in 2014, which isn’t really new, but for pizzerias in Queens, mostly institutions, eight years isn’t that old.

Their dough makes for a springy and spongy crust, and they adhere to the authentic principles of Neapolitan cooking, so the quality is definitely top-tier. Why go to Naples when you can just visit Milkflower?

4. Rosario’s

Like many, Rosario’s is an institution. This pizzeria has been serving amazing pizza since 1986 and is easily one of the best in Queens—arguably even in all of New York. They’re a family-owned Italian-style deli, and they make their fresh mozzarella every morning.

5. Basil Brick Oven Pizza

Last but definitely not the least on this list is a pizzeria with the best Artisan Neapolitan Wood Fired Pizza in the world. They have one of the widest selections in New York, with over 40 types of pizzas and rotating specials that allow for various options.

Their pizza cooks in less than two minutes thanks to their constant 800 degrees temperature from the unique wood-burning brick oven, and this results in amazing texture and flavor—while at the same time keeping serving time to a minimum.
